She was the perfect tour guide :)Posted on Google Krystal SigelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such a good experience! Despite the changing weather conditions, I was really impressed by how well prepared this tour was. They provided rain ponchos, hot chocolate or tea, cozy blankets, and very comfortable chairs, which made a big difference. Our guide and driver was excellent, and I really enjoyed all the interesting facts and stories he shared throughout the tour. I also really appreciated how the itinerary was adapted to the weather, showing that the team genuinely cares about providing the best possible experience and making the most of the conditions. One of the highlights was getting to enjoy Moraine Lake without the daytime crowds—it felt peaceful and much more special. Highly recommended!Posted on Google Mehul RevankarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked out lake louise and moraine with them and the trip was wonderful. I had an amazing Sunrise Tour with Francis. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, sharing stories about Banff, culture, and local highlights along the way. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated the hotel pickup service. It made everything so convenient and allowed me to enjoy the experience without worrying about transportation. What a memorable morning!Posted on Google Randy McCreadyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife & I celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary today by going on the Moraine Lake & Lake Louise Tour from Banff. Chris was our tour guide and he did a great job. He was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and interested in getting to know the people in our group. He even gave us a cloudless day with the perfect daytime temperature!!! 😊 Glad that we chose this tour and got Chris as our guide! It was an all around wonderful experience!Posted on Google Noneya BusinessTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Super awesome guided tour! Sam was our gracious host and did an amazing job of making sure everything was explained in detail and came with us to help us figure out what to do when we got to the destinations. He even took pictures of us and helped us with the proper poses, the proper background, he was an all around professional guy with a super kind heart! We started with our pickup early in the morning, Sam came up on time and we hopped on the bus. Sam debriefed us on the significant landmarks and sites, and made sure we had prioritized our schedule so we hit least traffic and people. Throughout the drive Sam entertained us with the history of the mountains and various sites we were passing by, learned a lot of valuable information. When we got to our locations, Sam informed us where we should go first and helped us get to the most scenic places, I don’t think I can express how beautiful it was, and thanks to Sam, we got the best pictures too. He even gave us hiking sticks to help us with the challenging tracks and the any time he told us when to head back to the bus so we knew how to manage our time. You can do whatever adventure you want, for example canoeing in lake Louis, or going on a trial, your not bound to the host, all you are bound to is the time to return to the bus so you don’t make others wait. Overall the experience was amazing, Sam was the star of the adventure, he also offered us tea and coffee which was in the back of the bus in thermoses which was very kind of him. I highly recommend doing this and hope you get Sam as your host, he was amazing!Posted on Google Diane AyresTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a great way to see lake Louise and lake Moraine. Chris was so knowledgeable about the area and such a delightful guide. We highly recommend him and the tour and will definitely do this again when we return.
