- In order to participate all adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour. For your reference, please see the waiver link at the bottom of the website.
- By law, appropriate child safety seats are required for children under 6 or weigh less than 40lbs (18 kg). We do not have child safety seats available. You must bring your own child safety seats.
- Please wear appropriate clothing for the unpredictable mountain weather, we reserve the right to refuse boarding if an individual doesn’t wear the proper clothing for the activities/tours.

Yes! You can combine Banff, Yoho, Kananaskis, or even parts of the Icefields Parkway, depending on the length of your tour. Your concierge will help optimize the route so you enjoy more time exploring and less time driving.

How long does a private tour usually last?
Most guests choose 5–8 hours, but the duration is completely flexible. We will design the tour to match your preferred pace, comfort, and objectives.
How far in advance should we book?
Private tours can fill up quickly during summer and fall. We recommend booking as soon as you know your travel dates, but we also do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Destinations & Access
Do Private Tours Include Moraine Lake Access?
Yes. Private tours include access to Moraine Lake. If you choose to visit Moraine Lake as part of your private tour, transportation and access are included. Moraine Lake access is subject to seasonal opening dates and weather conditions and is typically available from June to mid-October. Your dedicated concierge will confirm availability and recommend the best timing for your visit to ensure the most enjoyable experience.
Can you help us avoid crowds in Banff?
Yes. One of the biggest advantages of a private tour is strategic timing and route planning. We recommend early mornings, alternative viewpoints, and lesser-known locations to help you experience Banff beyond the busiest spots whenever possible.
